Siddharth Verma is an Advocate and Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He started his practice in 2012 and brings extensive experience before trial courts as well as appellate courts/forums. He has worked with leading Indian law firms including L&L Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., before transitioning into an independent counsel practice.

Siddharth specializes in civil and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and restructuring. His practice also extends to complex white-collar matters involving economic offences, banking and financial frauds, money laundering and misappropriation of funds. He has represented clients in proceedings arising out of investigations conducted by agencies such as the CBI, SFIO, Crime Branch and the Economic Offences Wing.

Alongside his disputes practice, Siddharth advises on corporate transactions and restructuring, conducts legal due diligence, and provides strategic corporate advisory support.
